Processing & Shipping:
Our goal is to get you your card reader as quickly as possible! After placing your order, please allow 1-2 days for our team to process your order and get your card reader ready to ship. After processing, you will receive an order confirmation email and tracking number.
Estimated transit time for standard free shipping is 5-7 business days. Need it faster? Choose Expedited Shipping (3-Day) at checkout to receive your reader in 2-3 business days. However, transit times can vary based on a few factors, including but not limited to:
- Total distance between us and you
- Extreme weather conditions
- National holidays
Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
To change or cancel an order, please contact GlossGenius Support as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, you will not be charged and can make changes to the order. If the order has been processed and/or fulfilled, please refer to our Returns page.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the shipping carrier. GlossGenius cannot investigate lost packages.
